Grilled Baby Bok Choy
Candied Daikon Radish, Shiitake Mushroom, Asian Pear Vinaigrette, and Toasted Almonds served chilled on a Crispy Wonton.
Second
Thai Ceviche
Scallops, Shrimp, Halibut, Lemongrass, Coconut Milk, Chile Paste and Aromatic Herbs served raw.
Third
Chilean Sea Bass
Red Miso, Nori Flake, and Ginger Honey Yams served with a Pineapple Rum Reduction.
Fourth
Candied Ginger Crème Brûlée
Rich ginger custard served with Candied Raspberry and Green Tea Foam.
